[Web] New Farm Features

To create a new pond, here are the steps you can take:

1. Access JALA Web and log in to https://app.jala.tech
2. Select the New Pond menu.
3. Complete the required data and then select Next.
4. To create a new pond, you must have at least one pond. Complete the pond data and then select Next.
5. Confirm the pond and pond creation.
6. The new pond has been successfully created.
