Update Password

Account security is crucial in managing aquaculture data. Therefore, JALA provides an Update Password feature that makes it easy for users to maintain the security of their accounts. This feature allows you to update your password regularly to keep your account safe from misuse.

You can update your password on both the JALA App (mobile) and JALA Web, allowing you to change your password from the device that's most convenient for you. Here are the steps to update your password:

Updating Your Password via Mobile

1. Open the JALA app.
2. Tap the Profile menu.
3. Under Security, tap Settings.
4. Tap Change Password.
5. Enter your Current Password.
6. Enter your New Password and Re-enter New Password, ensuring the passwords are the same on both entries.
7. Once done, tap the Save button.
8. Your password has been successfully updated.

Updating Your Password via Website

1. Access the JALA Web and Log in to http://app.jala.tech/.
2. In the top right corner, click Your Profile.
3. Under Password section, click Edit.
4. Enter your Password old.
5. Enter your new password on the Password and then re-enter your new password on Confirm new Password. Make sure both fields are the same.
6. Once done, click the Save button.
7. Your password has been successfully updated.
