Help is a feature in the JALA App that serves as assistance and guidance in using the JALA App. You can chat with JALA customer support or read the available guides for using the JALA App. Here are the steps you can take to use the help feature:
- Open the JALA app.
- Select the "Support" menu at the bottom.
- Enter a chat and type your question.
- You can also attach images, audio, or files to clarify the problem or condition you wish to discuss.
- Through this feature, you can:
- Ask for help using the application.
- Discuss pond conditions and shrimp farming.
- Communicate other challenges you are facing.
Questions will be answered directly by the JALA team, so you can get solutions and discuss interactively.
