The Inventory feature helps farmers record and monitor the stock of products used during cultivation, such as feed, medicine, and other pond needs. By recording inventory, stock management becomes more organized, transparent, and integrated with financial reports. This feature is a paid service and can only be accessed if you have a JALA App Pro subscription. Currently, the Inventory feature is only available on JALA Web by following these steps:


Inventory Features on the Website

To access the inventory features, follow these steps:


  1. Access JALA Web and log in to https://app.jala.tech.
  2. Select the Inventory menu.
  3. On this page, you can monitor inventory data on your farm.
  4. To add a new product, ensure your role is Owner.
  5. Click the Add New Product button to add a new product.
  6. If any data has not been synchronized, synchronize it first.
  7. In the new tab that opens, select Open Book.
  8. Complete the data to open the book.
  9. The data will be entered into the financial report.
