How to Add a Pond

Ponds are a crucial component in shrimp farming because they are where all maintenance activities take place. By adding ponds in the JALA App, you can expand your cultivation management according to your needs, for example, when you want to start a cycle in an additional pond or manage more than one pond within a single farm. This pond-addition feature is available on both the mobile app and JALA Web, allowing you to create ponds in a way that suits you best. Here are the steps to follow:

Add a Pond via Mobile

1. Open the JALA app.
2. Tap the Ponds feature.

3. Tap the Add Pond button.

4. Enter the number of ponds you want to create, then tap the Create Pond button.

5. Fill in the pond's identity information as needed. There are several fields marked with a red asterisk (*), these fields are mandatory and you cannot leave them blank.

6. Once the information is filled in correctly, tap the Create Pond button.

7. Congratulations! Your pond has been successfully created.

Add a Pond via Website

1. Access JALA Web and log in to https://app.jala.tech.
2. Select the farm where the pond will be created.
3. Click the Pond List menu.
4. Click the + Pond/Block button and then click Add Pond.
5. Complete the pond information, there are several fields marked with a red asterisk (*), these fields are mandatory and you cannot leave them blank. Then click Next.
6. Complete the final step by clicking Yes to create the pond.
7. The additional pond has been successfully created.
