Downloading Financial Reports

Financial reports are a key feature in JALA, helping you monitor your farm's financial condition, from operational costs to profits. These reports make it easier to analyze business performance and make decisions based on clear data. JALA Web offers the option to download financial reports in PDF format, allowing you to read the data offline or share it with others, such as internal teams or business partners. Before downloading, you can also filter the data to ensure the resulting report meets your analysis needs. This feature is available exclusively on JALA Web; to download the financial reports, you'll need to access the application through a browser. Here are the steps:

Downloading Financial Reports via Website

Here are the steps you can take to share financial data:

1. Access JALA Web and log in to __https://app.jala.tech.__
2. Click the Reports submenu in the Finance menu.
3. If any data hasn't been synced, you can sync it first by clicking Synchronize.
4. There are several reports in each tab, including:
5. 1. Cost per pond
   2. Cost per block
   3. Balance sheet
   4. Cash flow
   5. Profit and loss.
5. Before downloading, you can also filter the data by selecting the button next to Print.
6. Once selected, click the Print button.
7. The results will appear in a new tab in PDF format, where you can read or download the report.
8. Click the download icon to download the report.
9. Your financial report has been successfully downloaded.
