Creating a New Farm and Pond for the First Time on the Website

When you first use the JALA App website, you can immediately create a farm and a pond in one process. Unlike the mobile app, where farm and pond creation are handled separately, the website version combines the two, making it more convenient. Before starting, you'll also be asked to select your preferences or purpose for using JALA, such as for cultivation management or simply monitoring shrimp information. After that, you can complete the farm and pond data, and both will be ready to use immediately. Here are the steps to create your first farm and pond via the website:

Here are the steps you can take to create your first farm and pond:

1. Before creating a farm and pond for the first time, upon logging into the app you will be asked to select your preferences and/or your purpose for using JALA. Choose your preference to get started with JALA:

• Cultivation Management – for those who want to record farming activities, predict growth, and analyze water quality
• Shrimp Information – to monitor shrimp prices and access related articles.

2. In the farm data field, complete the farm information. There are several mandatory fields marked with a red asterisk (*). Once complete, click the Next button.
3. In the pond data field, complete the pond information. There are several mandatory fields marked with a red asterisk (*). Once complete, click the Next button.
4. Confirm the creation of the farm and pond by pressing the Yes button.
5. Congratulations! Your farm and pond are now ready to use on the JALA app.
