Finance - Expenses

The finance feature allows you to record various financial records, including income and expenses from transactions made on your farm. This feature allows you to view transactions that are pending payment, due date, and paid in full. Finance is a paid feature in JALA App Pro and is only available on the web. Here are the steps to record expenses:


Access the Finance Expenses Feature on the Website


  1. Access JALA Web and log in to https://app.jala.tech.
  2. Click the Expenses submenu under Finance menu.
  3. Select the Farm you want to record, then select Book.
  4. Select the expense record you want to record from the list of available tabs (All, Operational, Inventory, and Fry).
  5. Click Add Record to add an income record.
  6. Select the Income type, for example: Operational.
  7. Fill in the Date and Paid From fields.
  8. Fill in the expense data according to the form provided.
  9. Click Save to save the expense data.
  10. The expense data has been successfully saved.
