[Mobile] Create a new Pond

You can create or add a new pond in the JALA app by following these steps:

1. Open the JALA app.
2. Select the "Ponds" menu.

3. Press the "Add Pond" button.

4. Enter the number of pools you want to create, then press the "Create Pond" button.

5. Fill in the pond's identity information as needed.

6. Once the information is filled in correctly, press the "Create Pond" button.

7. Congratulations! Your new pond has been successfully created.
