How to Change the Role of a Farm User

Only users with the owner role can change a farm user's role. Here are the steps to change a pond user's role:

1. Open the JALA app.
2. Select the "Profile" menu in the bottom right corner.

3. Select the "Connected Farm" menu.

4. Select the farm you want to change. Make sure you are the farm owner.

5. Select the member you want to change.

6. Tap Roles, then select a new role.

7. Once done, press the "Save" button.

8. User role successfully changed.

Web

Only users with the owner role can change a pond user's role. Here are the steps to change a pond user's role.

1. Access JALA Web and log in to https://app.jala.tech as the owner.
2. For the farm whose user role you want to change, select farm settings.
3. A list of farm members will appear; select the user whose role you want to change.
4. Select the desired role from the available options.
5. A confirmation pop-up will appear to confirm the role change. Select OK to continue.
6. The farm user's role has been successfully changed.
